A Library is the delivery room for the birth of ideas, a place where history comes to life. It is not a luxury but one of the necessities of the college. A library implies an act of faith.

A fully computerized and spacious library equipped with the modern gadgets is one of the most prominent and remarkable attractions of college. The sitting plan is divided in 10 sections each with a separate hall. The library has a unique open-self-system through which every book available in the library is accessible to the students. A very vast and enriched collection of more than 10,000 books increases its beauty on well-stacked shelves. The library subscribes to 17 magazines and journals and 6 news papers in English, Hindi and Punjabi. The complete information about the books as well as about the students to whom they have been issued can be found out by the click of a button. In addition to this it has a very useful and healthy CD section with more than 500 CD’s.

Book Bank is one of the prominent features of library; this section performs multiple functions and is the special feature of the library. A number of copies of textbook are available in this section. The Book bank aims at lending books to every student of this college who applies for the same. The attention drawing factor of this section is that it contains reference copy of every textbook which can be consulted at any time and can be got issued for overnight. The Book Bank tries its best to meet the requirement of all the needy poor and meritorious students.

Library OPAC: An Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is an online database of materials. Users search a library catalogue principally to locate books and other material available in library. OPAC is a gateway to library’s collection.
